An update regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

During these trying times, with the current pandemic, there is a lot of uncertainty regarding which businesses are open and operational, and which have closed down.

At the time of writing (28/03/2020), Utopia Plates is operational and fulfilling online orders as normal, albeit with a slight delay in some cases due to short staffing. Our staff are making a conscious effort to increase their already high standards of hygiene within our workshop and following all applicable Government guidance.

We are no longer facilitating walk in sales until further notice, in the interest of the health of both our staff and customers. Please do not visit to attempt a walk in sale, as we will unfortunately turn you away.

Please take care of yourselves and your family, follow Government guidance, and we’ll all get through this soon.

UPDATE 07/04/2020:

The Royal Mail is currently operating on a slight delay due to under-staffing and their delivery network being overstretched. This doesn’t affect every delivery, and is typically only a day delay when it does affect an order. You’ll be able to see your delivery date by checking the tracking information emailed to you after your order ships.
