Opening Times:

Monday - Saturday, 9:30am to 4:30pm

If you are local to us in Durham, North East England, then you have the option of collecting your number plates from us, rather than posting your documents and getting the plates delivered.

Process:

  1. Bring both your ID/proof of address document and proof of entitlement to the registration to our workshop.
  2. Hand the documents to a member of staff and let them know your order number.
  3. Your documents will be recorded into our database, then handed back to you. You may now wait in our waiting area, or in your car.
  4. Your plates will be manufactured, taking around 10 minutes on average, and we will then hand over the plates to you.
