Information Regarding Lockdown 2

As the United Kingdom enters a second lockdown, there is a lot of confusion and speculation around which businesses may stay open and operate, and which must close. We’d like to give some clarification with regards to ourselves.

Starting from 5th November, until 2nd December

• Utopia Plates will continue to manufacture and dispatch our number plates for online orders with our usual haste. There will be no impact on online orders.
• We will no longer permit any customers to enter the premises of our workshop in Langley Park.
• Contactless collection (often called click-and-collect) will be still be available outside our workshop.
• Documents will still be required in their usual manner on all orders (excluding repeat orders, where we already have the documents on file).
• We will maintain our usual high standards of operating in a COVID-19 secure manner.

Online Orders

All online orders will continue to be fulfilled as normal, with no foreseeable impact to service, excluding potential increases in delivery time with our delivery partners.

Click-and-collect at Langley Park

While no customers will be permitted entry to the workshop, we will still operate a collection service at our usual workshop. As all orders are made upon receipt of the documentation, you may either order online or upon arrival. You must bring your ID/proof of address and proof of entitlement to the registration; this will be received by a member of staff by contactless means. We will record the required details and return these documents with the completed number plates.

If you are unable to pay online, we will have provisions in place for safe payment on collection.
