How It Works:
- Purchase Protection: Add the Ultimate Number Plate Protection Plan to your order when buying new plates.
- Coverage Begins: Your coverage starts from the date of purchase and lasts for two full years.
- Easy Claim Process: In the event of damage, email us with the necessary details and we'll handle the rest.
- Get Your Replacement: We'll produce and ship your replacement plates promptly, keeping your vehicle looking its best.
Important Details:
- The protection plan must be purchased at the same time as your number plates, in the same order.
- Only one (1) protection plan can be purchased per registration in a given order. For multiple pairs of number plates in one order, multiple plans can be purchased.
- The plan cannot be added retrospectively to an order or purchased for prior orders.
- Replacement plates will feature the same registration and, whenever possible, the same letter style and shape. In rare cases, a suitable substitute may be provided.
- The protection plan has no cash value and cannot be substituted for monetary compensation.
- Utopia Plates Ltd reserves the right to discontinue offering the protection plan at any time but will honor any existing plans purchased prior to discontinuation.

We offer Tracked Royal Mail shipping which can be selected at the checkout. The prices are displayed there based on the item you’re purchasing. We currently offer free tracked delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked service for orders containing number plates, and free First Class for accessories!
We are available for collections from Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. You can place your order online and choose collection at the checkout, or order in person and pay via cash or card. Please bring your ID and proof of entitlement to the registration when coming to collect. Our workshop is based in Dragonville Industrial Park, County Durham, DH1 2XJ.
